I have been a ProjectTwenty21 participant since January 2020, and have been a patient with Leva since December 2021, after I moved from another clinic. The transition was seamless, and I feel that the team understand my needs, and are always quick to respond to emails and requests. For example, when there was an issue with my medications, the team were quick to coordinate between pharmacies and myself – and were always prompt and honest during our interactions.
I really like my pain doctor there too – I am unsure if it would be against the rules to name them, but she spent a lot of time trying to understand how my pain has impacted me in the past and in the present. I also feel that in our consultations, there is a whole person approach that also considers my social, emotional and mental health instead of just focusing solely on medication.
