Project Twenty21 is the largest observational medical cannabis study in the UK, gathering data on the efficacy of cannabis-based medicines for a wide range of conditions.
You help us move closer to our ultimate goal of access to medical cannabis on the NHS by providing us with your data. We do this by asking patients to fill out a few questionnaires once every 3 months.

Drug Science is completely independent and observational, so there is no bias when it comes to which clinic you choose or what you will be prescribed.

Project Twenty21 allows eligible patients to access medical cannabis treatment at a capped price, and have their treatment tracked by Drug Science.
Drug Science will use the data from Project Twenty21 to provide evidence for NHS funding of medical cannabis treatment.
Medical cannabis treatment starts with a private consultation between you and a specialist doctor from a Project Twenty21-approved cannabis clinic
During the consultation, your doctor will be happy to discuss any medical cannabis treatment which suits your needs.
Once your prescription has been approved, the pharmacy will contact you for payment before your medication is sent to your house.
You must have a diagnosed condition that can be treated with medical cannabis to join Project Twenty21. Select your condition below to choose a suitable Project Twenty21 clinic.
You don’t need a referral from your doctor to make an appointment, but you will need to provide medical records or referral letter from your specialist – the clinic can help you with this.
Some clinics may have additional eligibility criteria such as having tried two other forms of treatment or therapies for your condition which have proven ineffective.
