The Volcano HYRBID brought to you by Storz & Bickel is the reinvention of their much loved desktop vaporizer, the Volcano. The HYBRID brings all of the greatness of the Volcano back, with some great added features and technology.

With an improved double helix heat exchanger, the Volcano HYBRID has a faster heat up time, meaning you will be ready to vape in just 40 seconds. As well as the new heating system, the HYBRID also comes with a new and improved inhalation system, giving the user the choice of the traditional pump which is ideal for use with the balloon, or you can use it with a rotating whip for direct draws.

You are always in control with the customized app available on iOS and android which will allow you to connect to the HYBRID via Bluetooth, and allows you to tune the vaporizer to your preferred settings.

The Volcano HYBRID has been created with an innovative display screen with built in touch buttons, giving you full customizable control at your fingertips. The HYBRID can vaporize at a lower range of temperatures for those who like to enjoy the flavour more on a lower heat setting, as well as the same highest setting as its predecessor. The total temperature range of the HYBRID is 104°F - 446°F (40°C - 230°C) and you can switch between °F and °C on the display to suit your preference.

The HYBRID also has a vibration alarm which can be turned on/off, a 30 minute automatic shutoff (shutoff time can be adjusted) as well as many other features which can all be adjusted through the smartphone app or on the device itself. All of these new features combine to give you the great vapor quality you expect from Storz & Bickel.

The HYBRID uses both conduction and convection heating; when using the valve balloon method, ambient air is pulled into the device through the air pump and when using the tube the air is forced into the device by the users lung force. The air then travels up the device in a spiralling motion through the convection heater, at the same time the air is travelling through the convection heater, the filling chamber is heated by the conduction principal. Once the hot air has reached the herbs, active ingredients are then vaporized and released into the balloon or tube, where it is cooled as it is inhaled.
