    I too would give zero stars too if it were an option. Dispensary Green have had my prescription for almost two weeks and I was still chasing this morning only to be told that the prescription wasn’t signed so they have cancelled it and sent me a refund, unfortunately at the time of writing the refund hasn’t returned to my account. They tried to pass the blame onto my clinic and say that the problem was the clinic and not Dispensary Green, the clinic has been really helpful in the past however the comments made by Dispensary Green have now laid blame with my clinic.
    In my opinion, Dispensary Green are a company to be avoided. I have raised the issue with the General Pharmaceutical Council and await their findings.
    I have since had my money refunded however it does feel that I gave Dispensary Green an interest free loan for a week!

    Worst pharmacy by far, wait times are horrendous, clearly not up to the task in hand.

    the inconsistency of the dispensary and there staff are terrible ,they are very quick to take your money but when it comes to actually getting the medicine,they send you tracking details and then i find out they have nt even dispatched 3 days later this is now my 7 th precription and every time but one i have had to revert to my old medication becasue of teh inconsistency in delivery and communication from the dispensary

    Had my money for three weeks, only sent half my prescription. Not even a note to say where the other half was.
    Need to chase them myself, but they won’t even answer the phone.
    If they ever reply to an email they genuinely don’t seem to care, and don’t do what they say they were going to.
    I thought a legal prescription would help eliminate the stress and anxiety of having to deal with back alley BM dealers – dispensary green experience is significantly worse than dealing with dodgy blokes in back alleys. Never had one of them take my money and refuse to give me my purchase.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely appalling customer service. I’ve been trying to get my prescription for weeks and this has happened for two months in a row now. Despite Dispensary Green receiving my prescription over 2 weeks ago, when I do manage to speak to someone on the phone after nearly an hour on hold, they keep telling me they will add my medication to the system, I’ve had the same response from every member of staff I’ve spoken to. Staff don’t get back to you when they say they will – each staff member I have spoken to told me they would action my request urgently and update me, none have. I have wasted many hours of my working days on hold only to be told the same thing AGAIN. They then “lost” my payment as their systems do not connect up even when they’re provided with patient ID number and prescription number.
