Very poor, it’s already been been pre ground. A lot of leaf. I would avoid unless you can’t use a grinder.

After my initial annoyance that the t14 shiskqberry was out of stock, I agreed to have this as a replacement. Firstly, it is exceptionally difficult to actually get into as it comes in a plastic container with a tight lid, so not good if you have problems opening jars etc. Opening it hit me with a delicious aroma, and after I had sifted bits of wood out of it(?) I was finally able to try it. I have MS and this causes my body to feel tight and achey, with spasms. After smoking this, I felt properly medicated and could feel my body relaxing. Mood was so relaxed and chilled. Despite it being pre ground( hence the wood) I really think this is a keeper if you have chronic pain??
